Our Head of Service Mikael Schade is reaching a milestone of his 10th anniversary

10 years in the Blaaholm workforce has passed. Mikael was recently appointed Head of Service at our department in Varde. Before that, he was the Production Manager at our department in Esbjerg.

Mikael is a powerful manager, energetic and extremely helpful. He is talented at finding solutions in all sorts of stressed situations, and at the same time staying calm and maintaining a good mood. A quality that both customers and colleagues appreciate very much.

If extra manpower is needed in the machine shop, Mikael will gladly grab the tools to finish the project at the agreed deadline. When it comes to large projects that require extraordinary efforts, he leads the way and engages his entire team to deliver maximum performance. He is also a true barbecue master!

We all enjoy his pulled pork - he will drive to work in the evening just to turn on the grill so that the roast can be ready Friday at noon. Then we can all have a good time, and all enjoy his delicious food. For the time being, we will have to do without it. But we look forward to celebrating Mikael's 10th anniversary when conditions allow it.
